Veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty was admitted to a private hospital in Kolkata on Saturday after suffering a brain stroke. The 73-year-old actor was shooting for a film in the city of Kolkata when he suddenly felt ill. He was rushed to the hospital, where he is currently undergoing treatment.

According to reports, Chakraborty was shooting for the Bengali movie Shastri when he complained of headache. He was immediately rushed to the hospital, where he was diagnosed with a brain stroke. The actor is currently in the ICU and is being treated by a team of doctors.
